10th Annual Leap Day Contest

No, I haven't been doing this contest for 40 years. This is the first and most likely last Leap Day Contest I'll ever have so enjoy.

I won't be sending the winner this sweet 1956 Elmer Valo, but he is making one heckuva leap.
