Play at the Plate???

I got this card in a trade today.

It is a fairly typical wacky action shot from the 1973 Topps Set. Willie Montanez is doing a little landscaping work around home plate. The problem is I have no idea who the Phillies are playing so I can't tell who the catcher is or when the picture was taken.

Any ideas??
