Thanks, I Needed That

The last few days have been, well, let's just say they've been challenging. Topping off the week was the fact that yesterday I left my car at the dealership for work on the transmission and who knows when I'll get it back. Fortunately the car is still in warranty so it won't cost me any money.

My day was brightened considerably by two unexpected packages. I've said it before, but the generosity that abounds on the blogosphere is amazing. The first package was from Dennis at Too Many Verlanders and Too Many Manninghams. It was incredible and I'll have to post the contents next week since it had too much stuff to scan.

The other package was from an unknown sender. It had only one card.

I know what you're thinking. It's just a manu-patch. Who cares? Well, I just happen to like these and someone was kind enough to send one. The thing is, the package had no note and no return address. I don't know where it came from so if you sent it, thank you. I truly appreciate the gesture.

It couldn't have come at a better time.
