I like to give pub to other blogs whenever I can. I've done this before and it usually gets a good response so I'll give it another shot.
If you have a blog, post a link to one of your posts that got zero comments (or less than you thought it deserved). Give everyone a second chance to see your fine work. I know I sometimes get busy and as a result, I've probably missed out on some excellent writing.
If you don't have a blog, just leave a comment so you can get an entry.
Good luck, thanks for participating and I'll have you a winner tomorrow!

My favorite feature to write is my Rating the Rookie Cups. One year just didn't get the comments though.

A whole lot of people saw my post on baseball cards at the Turner Field Braves Museum but no one commented.

Even weirder is this post live blogging a My Little Pony episode got a LUDICROUS amount of hits (over 10 times normal for one of my posts) and no one said anything. Probably too embarrassed.

DeleteI don't think people like '78 Topps baseball cards. Oh well, I'll give it another shot.

would've thought this one would have garnered a comment or two:
ReplyDeletehttp://dawgbonesaphilliesphan.blogspot.com/2012/01/more-strip-relief.html
And though it only got one comment, Fuji, I am simply amazed that this post got almost 600 page views in the first 2-3 days after posting:

ReplyDeleteI mentioned that the 13th sketch card in A&G has had a jinx each year. This year's is Matt Moore...too soon to tell...
usually I just wing a post... off the cuff, and get quite a few comments out of it. The one post I put days, not hours, days of effort into I got nothing. NOTHING.
ReplyDeleteMy buddy and I did our best to predict the NFL draft. Apparently, all the football fans were already tailgating.

I love when you do these posts. So, here's a bunch of beautiful Bowman '52s that need another look.

My blog is on tumblr, and I have a commenting feature activated but to be honest I don't even think that you can comment unless your viewing through the tumblr dashboard.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I'll link my '12 A&G for trade list in case anyone needs any:

This post was about a trade with Waiting 'til Next Year. Not many views and no comments, but Waiting 'til Next Year is a great blog that could use some sub love.

I was moved when I researched and read about Gil McDougald and Herb Score and the aftermath of Score's injury. I think it's a post worth revisiting. Not for my writing, but for the story.
