Guess Who Turns 1 Today?

Play at the Plate is celebrating it's one year anniversary today. Well, I say "celebrating", but there's no cake or anything like that.

It's really hard to believe it's been a year already. Especially when I think back to how long I waited to start the blog. I must have had a backlog of 50 trade packages by the time I made the first post.

I'm really amazed when I look back at the blog this year.

Almost 100 followers. Over 620 posts. A shade over 37,000 hits and 1800 comments.

I still remember the thrill of hitting "publish post" for the first time and seeing an actual comment from someone. To think that some of you have allowed me to waste a few minutes of your life over the last year...well, I guess I should apologize for that! Honestly, as any blogger would, I appreciate the comments, trades, emails and friendships I've developed over the last year. There are so many people that I'd like to thank, too many really, so I'll just say thanks to all of you for helping me enjoy this hobby again. I can't imagine writing another 620 posts in a year, but I do look forward to year 2.
