I can beat that streak


In 1996, Topps celebrated Cal Ripken tying the amazing streak of consecutive games played by Lou Gehrig.




On July 27, 1996, I started a streak of my own.  I've been married 5,845 straight days, counting today. That's a pretty good streak in this day and age.

Happy 16th Anniversary to my beautiful, patient wife.  Thanks for putting up with me all these years!

    I got married that same month (on the 14th). Unfortunately, my streak will be coming to an end soon. But congrats to keeping yours intact...and continuing it for as long as she still puts up with you!
